Your energy has shifted β€” let your body show you what it needs. You might feel calm, emotional, energized or sleepy. All is welcome.

Water helps the body flush out what is no longer needed and keeps your energy flowing. Herbal teas and fresh juices are also great choices.

🌍 Ground 🦢.

Touch the earth with bare feet, take a slow walk, or lie on the grass. Nature helps you anchor your new state.

πŸ“΅ Avoid stimulation πŸ•―οΈ.

Give your nervous system a screen break. Create space for silence, journaling or stillness.

πŸ› Stabilize your energiy πŸ§‚.

Avoid showers for 12 hours if you can. A sea salt bath or scrub the next day helps you cleanse and refresh.

Avoid alcohol, heavy meals or additional healing treatments for 2–3 days. Eat nourishing food, move gently, and enjoy solitude or quiet moments in nature.
