Each person’s journey with sound is unique. You may find it helpful to write down your impressions during or after the session. I’ll provide sheets for notes, and we can review them together if you wish.

🌟 SUPPORTING YOUR INTEGRATION.

I recommend

  • Avoiding alcohol and limiting caffeine.
  • Eating light, healthy meals rich in vegetables and fruit.
  • Getting adequate rest and moderate exercise.
  • Spending time in nature — a walk in the park or quiet moments near water.
  • Meditating or taking 15-30 minutes of quiet time daily.
  • Minimizing screen time.
  • Waiting at least 3 days before receiving other energy work such as massage, chiropractic therapy, acupuncture, reiki, or sound healing.

Singing Bowl Massage is not suitable for those with bleeding risks, acute inflammation, certain mental illnesses, or women in early pregnancy. It is not a cure for serious conditions such as cancer or cardiovascular disease but can support overall wellbeing. It may help with stress or anxiety but is not a treatment for serious mental illnesses.
